SCG系列耐高温水平振动输送机工作原理:
SCG系列长距离振动输送机采用两台振动电机作为激振源，运用自同步原理，两台振动电机反向转动，使输送机底部平衡架产生往复振动，经过主振簧与导向板簧的作用，带动上部输送槽振动，从而达到输送物料的目的。
SCG型长距离振动输送机有敞开式、封闭式两种，料槽横截面可以做成圆形、矩形和梯形等多种型式。料槽的进料和出料也可根据需要制成一点进料、一点出料，一点进料、多点出料，多点进料、一点出料等多种型式。输送距离较长时可用多台输送机连接起来输送。SCG型长距离振动输送机料槽使用橡胶弹簧或钢簧支承，依靠固定在料槽上的两台振动电机的自同步运转，使料槽产生直线振动。
