煤粉振动筛（煤粉筛）产品工作原理：
该筛机由振动电机、筛体、一次减振簧、一次减振、二次减振簧、底板组成。依靠相同的两台振动电机反方向自同步旋转，使筛体沿激振力方向做周期性往复运动，迫使物料在筛面上做连续抛物运动，煤粉迅速松散透筛，木屑与纤维等杂物留在筛网上部，定期由人工清理。
Working principles

煤粉振动筛（煤粉筛）产品结构特点：
本机由筛箱、密封罩、振动电机、二次隔振系统、底架等组成。筛箱依靠两台相同的振动电机作反方向自同步旋转，使整个参振部件做直线振动。煤粉从入料口落入筛箱后，迅速松散、透筛，木屑、纤维等杂物留在筛网上部，定期由人工清理。
煤粉筛采用高性能的振动电机激振，调整振动电机激振力的大小，可以改变筛机振动的振幅大小。
筛机设置二次隔振系统，煤粉筛运行时传给基础的动负荷小，可以安装在楼板上。
筛面为平顶式不锈钢丝编织筛网，用勾板拉紧。
