SZR系列热矿振动筛（热矿筛）工作原理和结构特点：
SZR系列热矿振动筛为座式安装，采用双轴振动器振动。双轴振动器两根轴由两台电动机分别带动做反向自同步旋转，使筛箱产生直线振动。电动机安装在筛箱侧面的固定支架上，故电动机不参振。电动机和双轴振动器之间，两台双轴振动器之间均采用万向联轴器连接，万向联轴器同时具有角度和长度的补偿作用，可以满足筛机工作时电动机和振动器之间的相对位移要求。
根据电动机和振动器安装位置的不同，热矿振动筛可制定成上振式或下振式。SZR系列热矿振动筛均配备二次隔振系统，对基础的动负荷较小，使用于有隔振减振要求，安装高度允许的场合。
热矿筛筛箱的侧板与横梁采用优质耐热不锈钢（或优质耐热钢）制造，主受力板和侧板的连接，侧板和横梁的连接采用环槽铆钉铆接，连接紧固可靠。
热矿振动筛工作时，筛板直接与高温物料接触，要求有较好的耐磨、耐热性能，故采用耐热合金铸钢。工作时筛板会受热膨胀，筛板固定装置采用斜插紧固，并设有热补偿机构，可保证工作温度状态下，筛板固定牢靠，筛板拆装也比较方便。

Depending on the motor and the vibrator is installed, heat ore vibrating screen can be set into vibration type or under vibration pattern.SZR series hot mining vibrating screen are equipped with the secondary vibration isolation system, on the basis of the dynamic load is small, used in vibration isolation vibration reduction requirements, installation height allowed.
Hot ore screen box side plate and beam is made of high quality heat-resistant stainless steel or high quality heat resistant steel manufacturing, the main force plate and side plate connection, side plate and beam connections using ring groove rivet, reliable connection fastening.
When hot mining vibrating screen is working, screen plate directly contact with high temperature materials, has good abrasion resistance, heat resistance, heat resistant alloy steel casting is adopted.Work sieve plate heat expansion, sieve plate fixation device adopts oblique clamp, and is equipped with thermal compensation mechanism, can guarantee the working temperature conditions, sieve plate fixation, sieve plate dismantling is convenient.
