PZJ-5A拍击筛原理：
电机带动齿轮通过同步带传动到主轴上，经齿轮变速后主轴按要求的转速转动，主轴带动偏心轮使滑板做往复运动，带动安装在滑板托盘中的试验筛左右摇动，同时主轴带动顶杆齿轮转动，变速后顶杆齿轮通过凸轮顶击顶杆，顶杆使拍锤上下拍击试验筛上盖，使得试验筛、分样筛中的物料往复和上下振动，使小于试验筛筛面网孔的物料颗粒筛分进下层试验筛，如此层层筛选，使每层试验筛内只留相同粒度的物料。达到不同粒度的分离并确定此物料的粒度组成。
