超声波振动筛是在XZS系列旋振筛基础上换装了超声波网架，通过超声波电源和超声波换能器将超声波转换为高频机械波，并传递给筛面，以达到良好筛分目的。多用于超细粉、超微粉的筛分作业。
CSB系列超声波旋振筛是在XZS系列旋振筛的基础上引入了超声波清网装置，通过将220V、50Hz或110V、60Hz电能转化为18KHz的高频电能，输入超声换能器，将其变成18KHz机械振动，从而达到高效筛分和清网的目的，使超微细粉筛分成为易事。该系统在传统的振动筛基础上在筛网上引入一个低振幅、高频率的超声振动波（机械波），以改善超微细粉体的筛分性能。特别适合高附加值精细粉体的用户使用。
