甲带给料机概述

    甲带给料机是我公司研发的新型环保、节能型给料机。针对给料机客户反馈的问题，我们对传统的往复式给料机的确定进行了升级改进，克服了振动给料机和往复式给料机的缺点，变间断给料方式为连续给料方式。使给料量动态连续可变，给料系统更加稳定、高效、节能、环保。
    给料机是物料输送系统中不可缺少的设备，目前料仓给料系统中所使用的给料机主要有K型往复式和振动式给料机，两种给料方式的给料机都有各自的一些缺点，例如K型往复式给料机需要较大的驱动功率，结构受力也大，设备重量大，运动件磨损快，维修量大；由于给料不连续，生产率较低。振动式给料机工作时，噪音较大，给料量不稳定等缺点。我公司针对这一情况，结合多年的给料机生产经验，研制生产出甲带给料机，有效的克服了以上缺点。

   Feeder is indispensable equipment in the conveying system, the bunker feeding system used in the main feeder are K type of reciprocating and vibrating feeder, two feeding way of feeding machine has its own drawbacks, such as K type reciprocating feeder need large driving power, structure is big, equipment weight, quick wear of moving parts, large amount of maintenance;Due to the feeding of discontinuity, productivity is low.Vibrating feeder is working, the noise is bigger, the disadvantage of quantificationally instability.I company for this situation, combine the feeder production experience for many years, the development and production from bring machine, effectively overcome the above shortcomings.

甲带给料机结构：

   连接段安装于料仓口部，在其下安装导料槽，在导料槽下安装甲带给料装置；甲带给料装置由驱动滚筒、缓冲托辊及支架、改向滚筒、甲带、胶带、张紧装置等零部件组成；驱动装置由电机和无极变速减速机组成，并通过链传动带动驱动滚筒；驱动装置和甲带给料装置均安装在底架上，并可调整位置；在导料槽上部，安装有检修闸门机构，在维护检修时实现进料口的开闭。
