螺旋提升机概述

    该系列输送、提升机是为辅助计量、包装设备而设计的。设备的设计完全参照和符合国家相关机械标准，能满足食品、种子、化工、农药等行业的技术要求。适用于对颗粒、散状、粉状等不同特性物料的输送和提升。
    螺旋提升机进料端可设计排水装置，螺旋提升机可设计CIP清洗装置，螺旋提升机采用无级调速，方便联线，是输送各类粉、粒状和块状（如食品、制药、煤炭、化工产品、粮食作物、矿产等)的理想设备。
    螺旋提升机的驱动功率小,炭黑斗式提升机采用流入式喂料、诱导式卸料、大容量的料斗密集型布置，螺旋提升机在物料提升时几乎无回料和挖料现象,因此无效功率少。 螺旋输送机是利用电机带动螺旋回转，推动物料以实现输送的机械，它能水平，倾斜或垂直输送，是输送各种粉粒料的理想设备。
