五、输送原理
板式给料机的动力由传动装置的电动机驱动，经减速机减速后，再经传动链轮把动力传到主动轴上。此时，装在主动轴上的两个链轮就跟轴转动。另外与头部、尾部链轮相啮合的两条链条也随着主动链轮和尾轮的转动而向前移动，链板安装在链条上面与链条作同步运动。
链板的作用是承受物料的全部重量，随着链条的移动，链板也完成了运送物料的过程。
